Our STANDARD turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks, however your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible.  Please note that due to space restrictions, we do not hold a large quantity of stock and therefore your order may be delayed dependant on stock availability.  You will be notified of any delays to your order.  Should you require an urgent order, please chat with us on the webpage or e-mail us at unboxedclassique@outlook.com and we will do our best to assist. 
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and are subject to the terms and conditions of this third party.

You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.  If you do not receive your order within 7 days of this notification, please contact us.  We will be unable to send any missing orders after this time.  We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout.  Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility unless the error is ours.  

Please ensure that personalisation and all other options are correct at the time of ordering, as alterations subsequent to an order being placed will not be possible.  If we are able to make changes to an order, we will do so but this is not guaranteed. 

All our orders are handmade and unique, there may be slight differences in design, font and finishing touches to items pictured in our photos (which are for illustration purposes only). 

All personalised items are non-refundable.  If items are damaged in transit, we will replace upon satisfactory proof of damage and upon the item being returned to us.  

Upon receipt of your order, please check all details are correct and the order is satisfactory.  If the order is not to your satisfaction, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.  No alterations will be made after 7 days.  

CANCELLATIONS POLICY - cancellations are at the discretion of Unboxed Classique and must be requested within 3 hours of placing your order.  Should we agree to cancel your order, you will be charged a fee of £3.00 to cover fees.  If Unboxed Unique incur any other charges then we reserve the right to refuse order cancellations.
